Frequently Asked Questions
All designs are original
I’ve been churning out these designs and original pieces for the last year or so. Once I got hooked on the main color scheme, of dark greens, the ideas just keep flying. No AI generated visuals here.
Just human-imagined and human-made. I use of mix of hand sketches, hand painting, stencil and spray painting the originals, then use Illustrator or Procreate for some extra clean lines or effects on some of the pieces.
Prints and giclée canvas orders are produced and shipped by third-party
I don’t have the resources, or a print shop locally yet, to make these myself in quantity and still golf, so I am using a third-party printer and shipper, Printful.com for my fulfillment needs. I’ve ordered test prints of all my pieces to quality check their colors and canvas and print quality, and they are great. Rest assured, you will get a very high-quality piece.
Prints and giclée canvas made to order
That means, unless it is stated otherwise, all prints and products are created once the order is confirmed. They are printed out and shipped by a third party printer and shipper, Printful.com. Therefore… please be sure you double check your print size, and product material, because it’s going to get made immediately upon completion of your order process.
Shipping Speed Times
Printful fulfils orders from different printing centers, sometimes outside of the United States. Within 2 weeks. Once you order, they will tell you where it’s most likely coming from and give you a clear delivery window. So the delivery window they give you, from order date to delivery date, is pretty on point. That being said my test prints were ordered on the 3rd of the month, and I got them on the 7th and 8th. I’m not sure how fast expedited delivery options are. My test orders were standard shipping option that I picked.
Can I return or exchange an art print if I'm not satisfied?
This can be tough because remember I, personally, most likely didn’t print and ship the items, Printful.com did, so we can try to submit the error through their system first.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items through Printful must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on [Printful’s] part are covered at their expense.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report.
If you are having trouble with the Printful problem reporting, please email me at help@putmedownforpar.com
Can I request a custom size or print material?
At the moment, only the options available on each printed product are what we can get fulfilled through Printful.
A few commission slots for hand-painted pieces are available each month. And I’d certainly be open to mural commissions.
If you’d like to discuss a commission, please drop me an email at help@putmedownforpar.com
Do art prints come with a frame or do I need to purchase one separately?
Art prints are usually sold unframed to provide flexibility to the buyer. However, some sellers may offer the option to purchase the print with a frame. I tried to compile some recommendations for frames below, but would love to get custom frame options for collectors in the future.
Animations available for licensing
A additional fun part of the soothing scenes are the looping videos I created to supplement each art piece. They are available to license for event video screens or if you have other ideas, please email with your idea and I can privately give you pricing. help@putmedownforpar.com
Sound Effects in the Videos
If you haven’t seen the looping Reels or Stories on my Instagram, check them out. Besides these art pieces being very satisfying to watch on endless loops, the sound effects I mixed in were just another super fun step. I mixed the sounds from a variety of sources, mainly Pixabay and Adobe Stock audio tracks.
Framing &
Hanging Ideas
Frames and hanging can be a hassle. That’s why I’m not offering frames through the printers, they are not the type of frames that I’d really prefer to frame these pieces ideally.
Many of my pieces will display nicely with no frame, or maybe with thinner wood or dark green frames ideally. I would love to have something like walnut frames as even in mockups, like below, they can add a nice compliment to the piece without taking anything away.
I do like the look of the floating frames, like a walnut color, as a compliment to most of the colors in my art, FloatingFrame by Ampersand. That’s an Amazon Affiliate Link, but not sponsored by that brand.
I’ve found some decent frames at thrift stores, and spray painted them to match the family of greens that are in these pieces, and the result is super nice.
